Augustine Casino donated $25 Cardenas Gift Cards to more than 140 disadvantaged families of the Coachella Valley. Augustine Casino met with Co-Founder of Galilee Center, Gloria Gomez to discuss the needs of the center. Based on the immediate needs of the families, the casino decided to help provide gift cards for financial assistance to purchase food, household items and every day necessities. The donation will go to the less fortunate families of the Coachella Valley. Over 100 families from Mecca, Thermal, Coachella and Oasis signed up to receive assistance. Galilee Center was founded earlier this year by Gloria Gomez and Claudia Castorena; founders of the Martha's Village and Kitchen in Indio.
